What's the quickest way to swim to the bottom of a swimming pool?

the pool is 4 feet and roaring to the surface I need to dive deep to get a brick, and I can not take my soup for a long time, so was wondering if anyone knew the quickest and best to get to the bottom.
(What epitome of the race to use, etc.) PLEASE HELP ME!

The most suitable way is to get under the water by pushing you arms like a backwards tit stroke type thing. Then flip head first and quite much just do breast stoke. Flailing your arms like a front inch wont do you any good so a nice steady strong knocker stroke will work best.
