Is a white blouse and black slacks for women inappropriate for a job interview?

Certainly not. Just be sure the shirt isn't a 'see thru' white, shows cleavage (unless the job your applying for depends on it:)), and in inclusive, is it something both your folks would approve of? Good luck!!!
